Irfan Malik, the founder of Al Meraj Pak Indian Cusine is an ardent foodie who loves and understands the value of quality food. In 2012, he opened a very small restaurant in Guadalajara. It was an immediate hit with both the local and expat communities. He believes in providing authentic Indian-Pakistani dishes made from fresh, high quality ingredients seasoned with gourmet spices.

He opened a second branch in Providencia to better meet his customer needs for delicious, high quality Indian food. After 10 years of great food, consistent quality, and service, Al-Meraj has become one of the top choices for Indian subcontinent food in all of Mexico.. This has resulted in lrfan opening a third location for the community in Ajijic and Chapala, Mexico as some of his customers were driving to Guadalajara weekly to enjoy his tasty food. As the demand for more restaurants is growing, Irfan is committed to meeting the requests of his customers who travel from all over Mexico to visit his current locations to enjoy the unique authentic subcontinent cuisine. He pledges to maintain the quality to keep his customers satisfied.
